3. Frequently Asked Questions
1). How can we apply force during the test?
Pego: There are two methods for user to apply the force during the test: 1. User can choose the test probe with built-in thruster, the thruster is built-in the handle, just push the handle, the appropriate force can be applied. 2. The probe can work with a force gauge to apply force. The probe configured with a connector at the tail of the handle.
Normally, the recommended force applied to test is 10N, but in some product standards, the recommended force will be up to 50N.
2). How does the probe connect with a continuity indicating circuit?
Pego: The probe will come with a wire to connect with a continuity indicating circuit. User can create a continuity indicating circuit by themselves, or buy aN electrical indicator from Pego.
3). How to store and maintain the test probes in daily life?
Pego: The probes will come with a protective case, When not in use, place it in the case.
4). How do you prove that the probes meet the relative standards?
